Railway Recruitment Board Secunderabad is likely to announce the Ticket Collector Notification for Indian Nationals who are qualified in SSC (or ) 10th Class from any recognized board. There are lot of candidates are waiting this notification and also some disappointment from the candidates, because the RRB Secunderabad has not release any other notifications in this year 2017. Now, in this article we are discussing about, how to select/ qualify the candidates for Ticket Collector Posts. The Selection Procedure for Tickets Collector posts is in the 5 stages followed by RRB for hiring personnel has been detailed below..,

Selection Procedure : The Railway Recruitment Board Secunderabad has provided Selection Procedure for the Ticket Collector Posts, followed by various stages as given below…,

• Written Examination
• Psycho Test
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Document Verification
• Medical Test
• Written Examination :

Questions would be Objective Type
Questions would be on General Knowledge/ General Awareness/ Arithmetic’s/ Reasoning etc (10th, Inter standard).
There will be a negative marks of 1/3 for each question.

Qualifying marks for unreserved candidates would be 40% and 30% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Psycho Test :
Who have qualified in the written examinations, those candidates are eligible for the Psycho Test. This is the 2nd stage of examination.

Physical Efficiency Test :

Candidates who have qualified in the both stages of examination will be called for PET in 1:3 ratio.
Male candidates should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds in one chance.
Female candidates should be able to run for a distance of 400 meters in 3 minutes in one chance.

Medical Examination and Document Verification :
Candidates who have qualified in Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and who are medically fit would be called for verification of original certificates.

Final recruitment panel will be strictly based on merit position obtained in written examination.
